The Back Story:
I began flipping houses with my dad in 2002 in Middle TN. In 2022 my dad passed away, which left us to be the trio team. My daughter Tosha, son-in-law Joe & myself.

A Family Affair
Our love for creating a special and unique place for our clients is the number one goal. We thrive to use our creative energy to theme each property based upon its location and environment. Each detail, paint color, amenity and furnishing is picked out with purpose and heart. We do it all from gutting down to the studs and the bones of a home to rebuilding to the finishing touches. We rely on long lasting local relationships to help fill in the technical needs to be sure each inch of our homes are perfect and secure.
